Leadership highlights

How I approach strategy, process, product direction and support teams.

Design philosophy

Problem first. Constraints-aware. Always shippable.

Connecting UX to business reality

I frame UX work in terms of activation, retention, and adoption—not just surface-level polish. If a change doesn't help the product behave better in the real world, it's not done.

Designing with constraints

I work closely with engineering to understand the stack, trade-offs, and timelines. I would rather ship a constrained but real improvement than invent something that only exists in slides.

Prototyping in the right medium

Sometimes that's Figma. Sometimes it's a coded prototype built with AI-assisted tools like Claude Code. Sometimes it's a quick Loom over raw data. The goal is always the same: reduce ambiguity so we can make confident decisions.
